It's official! This morning in the sanctuary service at Highland Park UMC, I was commissioned as a missionary to Costa Rica. It was amazing to see so many people supporting the Costa Rica mission project. I feel like I have been embraced by the entire congregation and I know that you all are praying constantly for me and the work I will be doing. I pray for YOU everyday- that you will come to know and love the people of Costa Rica as I do, that you will consider going on or supporting mission trips, and that your hearts will be touched by the projects already underway and coming up in the future. There are so many ways to get involved. We need you! Thank you so much for all that you do and will do for the church, locally and globally.
